The service was terrific. the food was brilliant. the unit we got was modern and cosy with a comfortable bed. the location was quiet central and perfect, just 5 minutes walk from a national museum. The breakfast was sensational and satisfactory, I enjoyed cereals and fruit. The staff were affable and nice and an absolute pleasure. Location: the hotel was next to nearby buses which were cheap and regular, restaurants nearby and the promenade in Douglas tucked away in a quiet street. Café Bay Room Restaurant located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The breakfast was excellent and great - I really enjoyed the coffee and fruit juices. My room was new-fashioned, had a kettle, and a comfortable bed. I had a good night's sleep. The hotel's location is quiet central and unbeatable, close enough to transport and attractions, the beach, and the seafront.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right on the seafront, offering stunning views of the ocean.
